Fine-grained concrete for repair and restoration based on complex modifiers

Nowadays ensuring normal operation of buildings made monolithic reinforced concrete is great relevance. Bearing building structures in the process or erection can have defects and damages various origins. There a need to develop repair compositions ensure durability reliability buildings. In this paper we conducted research developed composition fine-grained (FGC) on basis modification improvement its structure. complex modifier analysis were chosen: microsilica MCU-95 as highly active pozzolanic mineral admixture; superplasticizer C-3, hydrophobizing component – soapstock. Cements Novo-Karaganda, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent cement plants M400 chosen binders. order study influence modifiers setting time dough structure, several developed. The performance FGC was improved terms basic physical mechanical parameters. Cement consumption reduced by 15% (from 450 kg 382.5 kg). main factors dependence indicators properties stone studied has been established. Production waste local construction materials used save binder.
